As a member you are identified as someone with 'an attitude worth having®' and one who supports the mission of the Foundation. The opportunity to show your support is available for a minimum of $20.00 per year. |

Join and identify yourself or your company as an Ageless Dreamer®! Please complete the online application or download the mail-in application and send along with your check made payable to the Ageless Dreamer Foundation : P.O. Box 457, Dover, NH, 03821-0457.

For Profit Businesses and Corporations: $ 100. per year. Join today!
Donate the proceeds or percentage of the proceeds from the sale of a product, service, or event.
